Thank you for your interest in joining the Park City Board of REALTORS®. Our goal is to reaffirm your decision to join every day by providing you with valuable resources and benefits. Together, we can help each other thrive in both work and in our community at large.

About Us:

The Park City Board of REALTORS® includes roughly 1,000 REALTORS® from more than 200 offices and 200 affiliate members in the Summit and Wasatch Counties. Our goal is to provide our members with progressive tools, resources, and information that empower them to be more successful.


The Park City Board of REALTORS® is an active force in the community. Our members display true leadership and make a continual effort to positively influence and engage in public policy discussions and decisions related to property ownership and local housing. We’re at the discussion table, and therefore, so are our members.

Charitable Giving:

Under the umbrella of our Philanthropic Foundation, the Board supports the local community and our members through scholarships and by providing support during difficult times. 

Governmental Affairs:

The PCBR Legislative Committee and our Government Affairs Director (GAD) are responsible for monitoring the political scene in Summit and Wasatch Counties to ensure REALTOR® values are maintained and perpetuated. Our GAD helps us establish and maintain positive relationships with our city and county’s elected and appointed officials. As such, the REALTORS® become more of a force and a resource in the community.


The Park City Board of REALTORS® primary method of communication with its members is via email. Our email newsletter provides membership updates, committee news, upcoming classes, and news. Our website (ParkCityRealtors.com) is also an important vehicle for communicating with our members. It includes a calendar of events and meetings, as well as documents and vital information on current real estate issues.

  • Access to the Park City Board of REALTORS® website, which details available education courses, forms and clauses, subdivision lists, statistics, open house schedules, hot sheets, useful links, and access to an e-mail list server which allows members to communicate directly to our membership.  Members can also view and pay their dues and registrations online.
  • Leadership opportunities such as committee membership or serving on one of three Boards of Directors who provide guidance for the Association.
  • Professional staff to answer any questions you may have. 


As a member of the Park City Board of REALTORS®, you’ll have many opportunities to network. The Board hosts monthly member events that incorporate informative and valuable programming. Additionally, our members benefit from the relationships we have with other key community stakeholders who graciously extend invitations for us to participate in special events, such as REALTOR® ski days hosted by our local resorts.
