POLICY
The Professional Development Committee will offer the following classes during the course of a fiscal year:
• NAR’s Code of Ethics with New Member Orientation – monthly
• New Agent Course – twice annually
• Contracts / Forms – quarterly
• Radon & Mold and Water Damage – twice annually
• Broker Licensing Course – every other year
• Self-defense and Safety Training – twice annually
• Legal Hot Topics - quarterly
• Tax Strategies / Investment / Financial security for Real Estate Pros – annually
• Local Expert Designation – each required class offered once quarterly
• REBAC designation courses – at least one offered annually
• Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)
• New-Home Construction and Buyer Representation
• e-Pro Certification
• Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)
• NAR’s Green Designation Course
• Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA Course
• Resort & Second Home Property Specialist
• At Home with Diversity
• Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation Course
• RENE Certification Course
• Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation Course
• Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification Core Course
• Nationally renowned keynote speaker – annually
• MLS Training courses – monthly
o Comprehensive FlexMLS Training
o Advanced Functions FlexMLS
REGISTRATION
Payment in full is required to register. All cancellations require a 24-hour notice or registration fees are forfeit. REBAC courses must cancel 72 hours in advance.
TIMELINE
The Professional Development Director will setup classes six months in advance at the request of the
Professional Development Committee.
